Responsibilities
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with GAAP.
Prepare financial statements and variance analyses to support decision-making.
Work closely with the Controller to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Manage and support AP/AR processes, payroll, and cash flow management.
Coordinate audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including experience in a start-up or growth-stage company.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
CPA license preferred.
