Responsibilities

All aspects of the monthly close process, including managing international locations and reviewing, consolidating reports to CFO in a timely manner

Managing the company’s financial accounts, vendors, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets

Handling the company’s transactions for P&L, Balance sheet and Cash Flow for both Domestic and International subsidiaries

Performing the company’s financial audits in assistance with the company’s external auditors

Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives

Monitoring and analyzing all financial and accounting data

Creating financial reports based on data analysis. Ad Hoc reports as needed

Making recommendations on business practices

General bookkeeping, including recording journal entries, creating expense reports, posting cash receipts, creating all invoices, creating and monitoring departments, etc.

Required

Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations

Must have Experience with Oracle NetSuite, databases and complex spreadsheets

Superior data management and data analysis skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy

Work experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager, preferably 5 or more years in that role

Ability to work remotely with sometimes little supervision

BS Degree in Accounting / Finance

Preferred

CPA strongly preferred, knowledge of GAAP
