Responsibilities
Oversee and manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure proper elimination and reporting.
Perform and oversee accrual accounting, including journal entries and adjustments.
Conduct and review complex account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Act as a key stakeholder in ERP system implementations, including functional and user acceptance testing.
Lead data migration initiatives and ensure the integrity of financial data during transitions.
Provide technical accounting guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
Large, publicly traded company experience is required.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, consolidated financials, and intercompany transactions.
Hands-on experience with system implementations, including functional and user testing, data migration, and ensuring data integrity.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
