Responsibilities
Review, verify and process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring correct coding and approval.
Maintain vendor files, resolve any discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries.
Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor aging receivables, follow up on overdue accounts and maintain communication with customers to ensure timely payments.
Respond to customer inquires and resolve any discrepancies in billing or payments.
Be responsible for cash management tracking and reconciliation.
Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations as assigned.
Perform month end closing review and processing of journal entries.
Review assigned general ledger accounts for propriety and reasonableness, identify, research and correct account discrepancies.
Work on special projects and analysis as requested.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years’ experience in similar accounting role, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite preferred but not required.
