Responsibilities
Managing Client Accounts: Maintain the books for various Life Science clients, adhering to strict timelines.
Providing Guidance: Support clients through the startup lifecycle, from grant accounting to procurement workflows.
Collaborating with Clients: Participate in virtual meetings to review financial statements and offer strategic advice.
Contributing to Team Excellence: Help create and maintain SOP resources and become a subject matter expert in our preferred software.

Required
Lives in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
Excels in GAAP Accounting
Communicates with Impact
Loves Technology
Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment
Has a Sense of Humor
Experience with accounting in Life Sciences (biotech, biopharma, etc.)
A 4-year degree in Accounting
At least 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience (bonus for certifications!)
Solid GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
A proven ability to handle full-cycle accounting
Preferred
Experience with NIH grants or public/outsourced accounting
