Responsibilities
Be a positive representative of the TLG Financial Foundation brand and our partner brands.
Meet bookkeeping deadlines, as determined by the Financial Coach (which is based on timing of client meetings).
Ensure accurate bookkeeping by double checking work before the Coach review by verifying all reconciliations have been completed and checklist has been followed. Additionally, notes for the Coach should be left for any unusual items that need explaining. Our goal is to ensure financial accuracy by meeting at the close of each month.
Respond to questions from clients, as necessary.
Communicate with the client for any missing documents.
Continuously communicate with the Coach, especially if help is needed.
Be flexible when new projects arise.
Be present to all required meetings (this requires a close eye on the calendar for the day, as well as planning the day out).
Give full attention to client and/or tasks on client or internal meetings.
Follow through on any to-do items after a client call or internal conversation. Ask follow-up questions if the timeline and details are unclear.
Keep track of work completed/not yet completed by communicating through the internal CRM.
Keep TLG’s CRM and workflow system up-to-date by tracking hours worked, client due dates, client notes, and client files.
