Responsibilities
Mentoring and guiding your team to ensure their professional growth
Leading weekly team meetings to address client issues and manage team workloads
Collaborating with other team leaders and the VP of Client Services to ensure smooth staffing and operations
Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss career development and satisfaction
Providing quarterly and annual performance reviews to promote accountability and progression
Overseeing your team's client meetings and providing feedback on communication skills and client management
Ensuring client satisfaction by conducting monthly surveys
Acting as the escalation point for client concerns and resolving any service issues
Monitoring and analyzing client profit margins to ensure high-quality and profitable services

Required
Prior experience in a client services accounting role
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller
Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or NetSuite, as well as Excel
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
