Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices, post accurately to the general ledger in accordance with budget and GAAP principles.
Assist in preparing the check run, vendor correspondence.
Maintain Concur system and handle administration of corporate AMEX cards.
Process and approve employee travel reimbursements.
Prepare general ledger account reconciliations.
Prepare expense accruals as needed for month-end and year-end financials.
Assist with audit preparation of workpapers and provide support.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
One year of experience in accounting or finance
Basic understanding of accounting practices and procedures
Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive financial information
Comprehensive experience with computer systems
