Responsibilities
Process 100 or more invoices per day, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Verify and reconcile vendor statements and invoices.
Maintain and update vendor records in the accounting system.
Assist in month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts payable transactions.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and documentation.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Will consider those with extensive experience.
