Responsibilities
Review monthly lab bill and verify with Open Dental records
Serve as back-up in entering A/P invoices and other A/P requests
Serve as back-up in writing A/P checks
Serve as a back-up for processing payroll in ADP
Complete any special projects as requested by Management
Make deposits at the bank when needed
Run to other locations to get checks signed and mailed out when needed

Required
Minimum two year degree in Accounting/Finance, Bookkeeping
Minimum two years of work experience in a dental practice
Knowledge of HIPAA policy
Understand and perform each essential duty satisfactorily
