Responsibilities
Accurately process and manage all invoices, ensuring correct coding.
Maintain up-to-date financial data in relation to accounts payable.
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Coupa, and PeopleSoft for various financial tasks.
Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders and invoices, ensuring all details align.
Oversee all data entry tasks, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records.
Regularly monitor check runs to ensure timely payments.
Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Monitor customer accounts, resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.
Continuously improve invoice processing procedures to enhance efficiency.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial role.
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and systems.
Experience in coding invoices for proper account designation.
Proficient in data entry operations with a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrated ability in invoice processing.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with financial software such as Coupa and PeopleSoft.
Knowledge of 3 Way Matching process in invoice verification.
Experience in handling Purchase Orders effectively.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferable.
