Responsibilities
Processing invoices sent via email effectively and accurately
Matching purchase orders (PO's) to invoices, ensuring all details align
Entering A/P data into QuickBooks, preparing it for approval
Managing all aspects of invoice processing, including identifying open invoices, whether paid or unpaid
Utilizing QuickBooks, Excel, and Adobe for various tasks
Monitoring and managing vendor invoices, identifying taxable and non-taxable items
Utilizing Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets for tracking material tickets by job and project

Required
Experience in processing invoices and managing accounts payable
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Adobe
