Responsibilities

Handle the process of Account Reconciliation efficiently and accurately.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all payments are made in a timely manner.

Execute Check Runs and Coding Invoices as part of daily tasks.

Perform Data Entry duties, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Process Invoices, taking into account all necessary details.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

Operate Oracle and QuickBooks software for various accounting tasks.

Work with SAP for efficient business process management.

Ensure all tasks are completed according to established policies and regulations.

Experience in data entry and invoice processing

Knowledge of Account Reconciliation processes

Ability to manage Accounts Payable and ensure timely payments

Proficiency in executing Check Runs and Coding Invoices

Strong skills in Data Entry with a focus on accuracy

Experience in processing Invoices with attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

Familiarity with Oracle and QuickBooks software for accounting tasks
