Responsibilities

Oversight and management of the Accounts Payable function responsible for the timely and accurate coding and payment of supplier invoices. Cross train and provide backup support to the team as needed.

Providing timely support to center directors and operations team to resolve supplier inquirers.

Reviewing current A/P processes and procedures and making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies

Participating in the month end close process including ensuring a complete and accurate monthly accrual, as well as preparing or reviewing various journal entries and account reconciliations

Securely maintaining check stock and issuance of checks to landlords, tax authorities and other requiring physical checks

Maintenance of property tax accruals

Providing support to external auditors as required

Administration of the Corporate Credit Card program including issuance of cards and dispute resolution

Other ad hoc projects as required
