Responsibilities
Establish and implement best practices and processes for the organization.
Assist in project and development accounts payable/receivable.
Collect mail, process bank deposits, and maintain corporate files.
Prepare check runs, verify accuracy, and mail vendor payments.
Record corporate deposits, file bank receipts, and assist in gathering material for receivables.
Enter invoices into accounting software, reconcile bank statements, and prepare 1099 Forms.
Communicate with property managers and assist in annual audits.

Required
Bachelors in Accounting preferred
One year of accounting experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent organization and time management skills
Exceptional internal and external communication skills
Positive attitude and approach to work
Preferred
Proficiency in Accounting Software such as ResMan
