Responsibilities
Process invoices accurately and efficiently
Determine proper general ledger coding and proper authorization requirements for payments
Maintain vendor records, including acquiring W-9s and bank details for onboarding
Entry of Vendor Invoices into NetSuite
Process weekly payments to vendors
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records
Vendor Statement Reconciliations
Annual 1099 preparation and filing
Month End Close work to include identifying expenses for AP Accrual
Prepare reports
Provide support with annual audit process
Regular communication with several business partners
Address inquiries and discrepancies with both internal and external vendors
Administration of Purchasing 2-way match process
Process employee business and travel expenses in compliance with company policies
Other duties as assigned

Required
Associate degree in accounting or business preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of AP experience
Experience with Accounting ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite to include MS Excel
Remote First - Zoom, Teams, camera, etc.
Effectively communicate processes and controls throughout the organization
Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously while making day-to day decision for AP department
Team player mindset and flexibility to help where needed during critical month end or busy periods
Preferred
Expense Management systems experience preferred (Concur, Navan, TripActions)
