Responsibilities
Manage full cycle AP
Maintain accounting inboxes for multi-entities
Prepare weekly check runs for approval
Vendor onboarding
Customer onboarding
Issue and track purchase orders
Participate in reviewing and coding SG&A expenses
Process employee reimbursements
Assist with administrative duties
Ad hoc reporting and projects

Required
Requires 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable
Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Excel
Highly responsive, courteous, professional, reliable, and always uses good judgment
Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology systems
Strong organizational skills—able to prioritize, plan, and perform multiple urgent tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and able to quickly follow-up and solve accounting issues
Self-directed and able to meet deadlines, make decisions, and manage time well
Outstanding interpersonal skills and always receptive to constructive feedback
Experienced handling communications over multiple time zones
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity
Shows enthusiasm for challenges, comfortable with change, and always ready to learn
Preferred
Experience with Accounting ERP Systems, Sage Intacct
Experience with Accounts Payable Application, Bill.com
Experience with expense reimbursement applications, Expensify
Experience with foreign currency transactions and translation
