Responsibilities

Accounts Payable entry, coding and approval routing.

Manage 1099 verification and reporting.

Review and validate contractor time and expenses and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.

Reconcile contractor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

Correspond with contractors on matters related to payment details.

Other duties as assigned.

Associate in Accounting or related field

2 years' experience in processing 1099 payroll processing with multiple task responsibilities.
