Responsibilities

Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs

Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors

Analyzing workflow processes

Handling vendor correspondence and establishing relationships with new and existing vendors

Ensuring current W9 is on file for all new vendors

Processing check runs and ACH payments as required

Ensuring bills and rents are paid accurately and timely while following departmental procedures

Delivering a high volume of transactional work with high accuracy and timeliness

Processing due invoices for payments

Investigating and resolving problems associated with processing invoices and payments

Providing analytical reports upon request to reconcile account statements

Processing Annual Real Estate and Business Personal Property Tax payments

Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries

Performing other duties as assigned
