Responsibilities
Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments, tax billbacks, and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Create invoices and track rental payments.
Work with Commercial and Residential buildings.
Use YARDI/MRI software.
Enter leasing information and process checks.
Work with tenants for payments, reconcile tenant balances, and manage their accounts.

Solid AR accounting experience
Strong organizational and detailed skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
