Responsibilities
Prepare daily bank deposits and apply payments to customer accounts
Process customer credit card payments when necessary
Process and post customer credit memos and refunds daily
Upload customer invoices through online portals
Communicate with customer contacts to resolve discrepancies on invoices, payments, etc.
Provide duplicate invoices and customer statements when requested
Provide periodic billing reports to customers as assigned
Maintain sales tax exemption forms
Provide excellent and considerate customer service
Back up to daily invoicing
Back up to accounts payable
Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required
Minimum level of education is a high school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
Proficient use of personal computer and other supporting business equipment is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and adaptability
Remain calm under pressure and changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be customer focused and enjoy talking on the telephone, and in-person, and assisting customers, sometimes in difficult or demanding situations
Preferred
Acumatica computer software knowledge or work experience a plus
