Responsibilities
Process and post payments to appropriate client accounts
Prepare and send invoices to customers
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments from the government
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Perform general ledger reconciliation
Assist with case closing procedures once account paid in full
