Responsibilities
Collaborate with dealers, vendors, and customers to resolve invoice-related accounting issues.
Track and document open customer disputes, identifying and analyzing underlying issues.
Communicate findings and resolutions to relevant parties, maintaining detailed records.
Conduct regular account reviews and follow up with accounts for supporting documentation.
Prepare financial reports and assist with additional financial tasks as needed.

Required
B2B Accounts Receivable experience in a commercial environment.
Familiarity with Canadian taxes and ability to understand how the different types of Canadian taxes need to appear on an invoice.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
