Responsibilities
Recording customer payments in the accounting system.
Assisting with collections efforts for past-due accounts.
Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
Communicating with customers and other departments as necessary.
Resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Required
Strong attention to detail.
3 – 5 years of experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Experience with accounting software and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
