Responsibilities
Develops, manages and maintains programs to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Acts as the primary resource for staff and consults with departments on accreditation.
Educates and disseminates information on certifications and standards.
Participates in onsite survey activities and collaborates with departments for quality care.
Manages projects, participates in committees, and performs other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering or related field
Minimum of five years of related experience with Quality Management, Risk Management/Patient Safety and Performance Improvement program or related healthcare experience
Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) certifications will be required within 2 years of hire
Demonstrated knowledge in principles of risk management, quality and performance improvement methods
Working knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred
Offset: Associate’s degree and seven years of experience
Offset: Master’s degree and four years of experience
