Responsibilities
Monitor Deposit Services group email account for ACH transmittals, reversals, and overall correspondences.
Submit timestamped ACH transmittals to Computer Services Area.
Update all corresponding ACH logs and worksheets daily.
Reconcile and store ACH totals daily.
Process appropriate Debits/Credits to customers as they pertain to ACH Returns or Reversals.
Respond to all ACH inquiries and requests in a timely manner, i.e., Reclamation Request.
Notify Account Officers of all credit limit overages for approval.
Communicate all possible delays or missing information to Account Officers for handling instructions.
Complete all company assigned training by the assigned deadline.
Assist with performing department related tasks and complete special projects as needed.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Three (3) years of experience which demonstrates a strong knowledge of banking and/or bookkeeping practices and procedures.
