Responsibilities
Better define and deploy the acquisition and media strategy for all consumer facing products, across all paid channels, working closely with existing agencies and identifying new partners.
Create a vision for the future of digital for our company, including performance, affiliate, search, mobile, display, targeting strategies and conversion optimization.
Budget oversight of both specific media budgets and welcome bonus budgets, to drive efficiencies to acquire new customers but also to maximize budgets for channel efficiency.
Thought leadership and innovation to identify and internally share new opportunities that establish High 5 brand and introduce our products to new customers – champion bold and creative ideas that transform our marketing from casual to active.
Work closely with all media partners to adopt and grow best practices that enhance the brand.
Maintain and refine scalable, repeatable, and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns that drive insights back to the business, working closely with Data team to build new dashboards that drive high quality players.
Set up new acquisition marketing programs, testing aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to scale efforts.
Support the implementation and execution of deeper integrations (including proper QA/testing) across native and web products, CRM, API feeds, media agencies and tools, paid and organic media partners, affiliate publishers and affiliate systems, content & CMS, dynamic creative, personalization and more.
Maximize marketing team effectiveness by increasing automations and making the best use of available tools.
Explore new ways of working including build-out of direct buying vs partner (with an agency) as we continue to scale the business.

Experience working in an online, gaming, or fast-moving industry required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the areas of marketing technology and paid digital media.
Creative operations, marketing project management and technical task management experience
Working knowledge of digital advertising, marketing tracking/reporting, and mar-tech systems
