Responsibilities

Generating conversations with potential Homeowners
Signing purchase agreements with Homeowners
$75,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum).
This is 4-5 closed deals at an average profit per deal of $15,000 - $20,000.
Based on a 25% closing ratio, this means you’ll approximately need to be taking 100 live seller appointments per month (25 seller appointments per week).
You will have appointments through two primary methods: Inbound Booked Appointments
You will receive approximately 4-5 appointments per day, 5 days per week. Approx 100 per month.
FYI - you will be expected to hit your numbers regardless of inbound lead flow.
Self-Generated Appointments & Follow-Ups
You will be expected to generate 10-20 appointments per month (approx 1 / day) through organic & outbound marketing methods such as:
Farming people from the CRM SMS.
Farming people from Facebook garage sale groups.
Calling leads who needed to be rescheduled/couldn’t make appointments.
Following up with past inbound deals that are moved to long term follow up.
25% minimum closing ratio
You will be expected to close a minimum of 25% of seller appointments (Seller appointments are people on your calendar that you attend a virtual house visit. Calculated by total house visits minus no shows).
All appointments require a pre-appointment phone call a day in advance to confirm the appointment is happening along with the motivation of the lead. A “appointment confirmation text” should be sent 2-3 hours prior for virtual appointments.
Daily execution of team & administrative tasks
In addition to driving NEW revenue, you will have a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks.
Morning Role Plays/Huddles:
Team Huddle meeting via zoom, 9 am CST Monday - Thursday.
Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)
Have 1-2 seller wins you want to share with the team
Be proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing on the calls/appointments and any reason why you aren’t hitting your numbers.
End of day:
Send in your “end of day report” via slack sales chat.
Update your personal projections & numbers sheet
Update the team tracking sheet (KPI)
Update deal pipeline in CRM
Make sure all deals are in the right stage
All of today’s deals have notes
All deal due dates are updated.
Follow-up tasks are created for all of today’s deals (that could potentially be a fit)
Make sure any contracts you make are properly handed off to dispo (detailing deal notes, intro-ing to the right people, photos etc…)
Confirm tomorrow’s appointments
Prepare for tomorrow’s meeting.

You must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to generate opportunities and close them.
You must know why you’re ahead or behind in relation to your projections.
You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities.
You’re tasked with helping the company live up to our highest standards.
You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the seller make the best decision for them.
You will be expected to open enough calendar space to hit/attend approximately 25 appointments through inbound & self-generated leads.
You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks every day, Monday-Friday.
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack 8am-6pm CST daily.
This is a full time, 30-40 hours / wk position.
You are to provide your own computer, phone, or any other items deemed necessary to complete tasks laid out here.
