Responsibilities
Underwriting and assisting with new acquisition opportunities - collaborating with market leads and investment team(s).
Researching and analyzing key market trends to inform investment decisions.
Analyzing lease structures and running financial models to support investment thesis.
Reviewing and coordinating analysis for approval of significant capital investment.
Developing debt strategies for assets.
Managing assumptions and modeling conventions in ARGUS valuation models.
Assisting with investment decks and memos highlighting investment opportunities and risks.
Defining investment signals and capital budgets for assets.
Driving due diligence teams toward closings.
Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Required
Undergraduate degree in real estate, business, or related field; Advance degree a plus.
2 years experience in Commercial Real Estate and a fully functional understanding and skill set within ARGUS is required.
Preferred
Strong MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, creating charts preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Argus software as well as IRR, NPV, and other fundamental real estate metrics
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Ability to read, analyze, articulate, and compile financial reports used for business correspondence.
Ability to interact effectively, to have fun and to enjoy what you do in a collaborative team environment.
