Responsibilities
To develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to meet project objectives and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/review.
To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Required
5+ years of development experience in Actimize IFM Solutions
Experience in developing customized AIS and RCM Components
Good Knowledge and understanding of the RCM Objects
Proficiency in development of custom profiles, AIS/RCM Plugins
Implementation experience of ActOne and IFM-X install, configure and code within Actimize modules comprising of the Microsoft SQL
Experience in Solution upgrades and profile migrations
Good understanding of the release Management process with hands on experience on ServiceNow, Rally
Ability to work with business teams and provide solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
Write and deliver Release installation instructions, Technical Specification document, Low level design documents
Hands on experience on Writing and complex SQL server queries and Stored Procedures
Good documentation and communication Skills
