Responsibilities
Administer and manage Active Directory (AD) environments, including user/group management, domain controllers, organizational units (OUs), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and trusts.
Perform AD health checks, troubleshooting, and remediation of issues related to Active Directory. Implement and manage AD site and replication configurations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services in a Windows Server environment. Ensure proper DNS resolution and DHCP lease assignments across the network.
Configure and manage Azure AD Connect to ensure proper synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.
Troubleshoot and resolve synchronization issues and identity management problems.
Support domain migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions of AD domains and services.
Assist with domain restructuring, cross-forest trusts, and other AD migration activities.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, user provisioning, and reporting. o Utilize PowerShell for bulk user/group management, troubleshooting, and system audits.
Ensure Active Directory security best practices are followed, including auditing, securing domain controllers, and implementing appropriate access controls.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Active Directory environments, including configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Generate reports on Active Directory health, security, and performance metrics.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, and PowerShell.
Proven experience in managing domain migrations and cross-forest configurations.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Azure AD Connect.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of AD infrastructure.
Experience with troubleshooting AD replication, DNS issues, and domain migrations.
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Active Directory certifications (MCSE, MCSA, or similar).
Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
