Responsibilities

Reviewing service accounts (admin, systems/apps/network admin, etc) in IT and OT environments

Clean up of user and group objects in active directory

Utilizing customer processes to identify orphan accounts and remediate those accounts

Understand the impact of disabling accounts

Interact with business groups and application owners to determine the validity of the accounts etc.
