Responsibilities

Analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions

Establishes metrics, provides data analyses, and works directly to support business intelligence

Ensures data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data

Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues

Troubleshooting problems

Explaining the results of complex analysis to non-actuarial audiences

Valuation of changes to provider networks

Targeted contracting

Member retention studies

Collaborating with physician network and market strategy teams

Scorecard contributions and presentations

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams

Strong communication skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred

Working knowledge of SAS
