Responsibilities

Compile medical expense and statistical data for various projects such as monthly variance analysis reports and medical expense forecasting

Perform expense cost projections and unpaid claim reserve cost estimates

Compile various financial reports

Use creativity to problem solve and ensure data accuracy

Communicate results effectively to a broader audience

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preparation for, or completion of, an Actuarial exam

Expertise in MS Excel working with formulas, calculations, charts, graphs

Ability to quickly learn and use computer software tools effectively

Preferred

Experience working in finance or the health care industry

Experience working in a corporate environment

Experience in coding (SQL, SAS and/or VBA)
