Responsibilities
Develop and implement bid pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage plans.
Analyze regulatory guidance to ensure bid compliance.
Work with product, market, and executive teams to incorporate market trends and organizational goals into pricing.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to assess bid outcomes.
Analyze claims and enrollment data to identify trends and improve pricing methodologies.
Generate reports for senior management on key performance indicators.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field
Completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
5+ years of healthcare actuarial experience, with 2+ years in a relevant actuarial role
Experience with SQL or other programming languages
Strong project management skills in data and financial analysis
Preferred
ASA or FSA designation
2+ years of experience with Medicare Bid pricing
