Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annually FIA financial reporting work
Provide timely and comprehensive analysis on FIA inforce business financial performance
Respond to internal and external audit inquiries
Maintain and enhance FIA valuation model
As a subject matter expert, the role will serve as a point of contact for FIA STAT and GAAP reserving related topics, providing insights and education on FIA related topics
Integrate LDTI changes and stay apprised to FIA reserving related regulatory changes

Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent with strong quantitative background including college level mathematics.
5+ years of annuity related actuarial experience.
Finished with actuarial exams (FSA), or career ASAs with 15+ yrs. Exp (for Actuary II)
7 to 8 actuarial exams. ASA designation required, might have FSA. (for Actuary I)
Has a profound understanding of fixed indexed annuity
Proven ability to adhere to due dates and strong sense of accountability
Ability to work collaboratively and guide junior actuaries
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience with PolySystems and MG-ALFA a plus but not essential
