Salesforce Roles & Access Management - Emphasizes managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups for effective user access and permissions.
Data Forms & Integration for Provider Data Systems - Highlights the creation, updating, and management of data forms while integrating with Salesforce and other systems for smooth provider data management processes.
Continuous Improvement of Reporting & Process Automation - Focuses on assessing reporting needs, system capabilities, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate, and enhance self-service.

Required
Certified Salesforce Administrator or willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
1+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
Understanding of Salesforce permission sets, profile permissions, sharing, and hierarchy
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Word
Focused and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate and interact internally and externally
Self-motivated
Professional demeanor in response to all situations regardless of the nature or circumstances of the situation
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
