Responsibilities

Daily interaction with Project Managers

Word Processing, Report editing and client uploads of reports

New vendor pre-qualification and setup

Project Set-ups

Process incoming and outgoing certificates of insurance

Daily interaction with project managers and field staff

Assisting Billing department with Invoice Back-up

Assisting Emergency Response Managers with Client needs

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required

2-5 years of administrative and Word Processing experience, in a professional setting

Detail focused, capacity to prioritize responsibilities

Positive outlook

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Must be experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Working knowledge of .pdf creation and manipulation

Ability to work with minimal supervision and also in a collaborative environment

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

Preferred

Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus, but not required
