Responsibilities
Extract, process, analyze, and communicate data for reports.
Annual Fees and Tax Notification mail and emails.
US Government Client Mail Processing.
Scanning and Labeling.
Answering Customer calls 2 hours per week.
Handling additional customer requests such as document retrievals and payments.

Required
High School diploma with some college required.
Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Proven history of accuracy and attention-to-detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred
1-3 years of industry experience in a Registered Agent environment.
