Responsibilities
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, both electronically and physically.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection as needed.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Help in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
