Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle 1:1 schedule coordination and support RI ROB.
Process expense reports and manage travel bookings.
Assist with visa applications and business letters.
Support onboarding/offboarding processes if needed.
Oversee project management tasks including budget reporting.
Approve purchase orders and manage expenses in different currencies.
Assist in organizing team meetings and caterings.
Support the RI team with various projects.

Required
2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
Minimum 2 years of experience in calendar management.
Minimum 2 years of experience with travel and expense tools including VISA applications.
Minimum 2 years of experience with purchase order approvals and expense management.
