Responsibilities
Manage and ensure Drug and Alcohol testing program (DOT and Non-DOT) is in full compliance.
Work hand-in-hand with the drug-testing consortium to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Manage, maintain and ensure compliance of all standardized processes for driver background checks, pre-employment medical screening, DOT Physicals, licenses, medical certifications & annual reviews.
Maintaining driver DOT files and qualifications to ensure compliance with all FMCSA regulations.
Process Driver Terminations in all applicable systems.
Review/process on all DOT Inspections, Citations and violations; take appropriate action to ensure compliance with regulations.
Reviews, develops, and maintains safety standards and policies for compliance with federal, state and local laws.
Monitor compliance of Fleet operations to ensure that all personnel comply with NAPA administrative policies and procedures, as they apply to DOT compliance.
Refers any unresolved safety issues to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
2-3 Years of prior experience working in DOT safety and/or compliance
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
