Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointments and the office calendar.
Assist with meeting preparation, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform general office tasks such as scanning and assembling tax returns.
Oversee office and kitchen supplies, run errands as needed, and ensure the office environment is organized, including common areas and workspaces.
Provide administrative support to partners and staff, assisting with daily tasks and maintaining a smooth office operation.

Required
Excellent interpersonal skills, including professional telephone and client service skills.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during tax season.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Previous experience in office administration or related fields is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred
Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
