Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for US and Non-US Indirect Tax team.
Carry out duties such as basic data entry, filing, typing, copying, scanning, processing of tax forms and payments for mailing to relevant tax jurisdictions.

Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
Excellent time management skill and ability to prioritize work.
Experience Requirements: 5+ years of administrative assistant experience

Preferred

Familiarity with US Indirect tax filings such as sales and use tax and personal property tax filings preferred but not necessary.
