Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Utilize dental office knowledge to support administrative functions
Act as a dental receptionist when needed
