Responsibilities
Order and maintain office supplies and kitchen area utensils.
Assist with onboarding of new employees, prepare interview documents, set up workspaces.
Collaborate with vendors to order PPE, FRC, and other needed equipment for employees.
Event planning and coordinate lunch orders when needed.
Coordinate team building activities as directed.
Take meeting minutes and capture action items.
Organize tours and check in visitors.
Maintain and enter data in excel spreadsheets.
Maintain unit phone directory and organization chart.
Support and back up other units as needed.

Required
5 years of experience in similar role
High School Diploma
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to make decisions
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) proficiency is required
