Responsibilities
Provides high-level administrative support
Conducts research, prepares statistical reports and handles information requests
Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
Trains and supervises lower-level clerical staff

Required
HS Diploma or equivalent
3 years of relevant work experience
Self-motivated with a professional aptitude
Experience scheduling via computer applications
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Prior knowledge of access control procedures
Experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Training
The ability to maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Preferred
Experience with Navy programs and procedures
