Responsibilities
Assist service coordinator and service billing as needed
Assist with change orders, contracts, subcontracts, submittals and RFIs
Assist tracking service and controls projects for the life cycle of the project
Work closely with the service manager and service project manager and support as needed
Work within various software programs to manage and track work orders, etc.

Required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite (Required)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills

Able to keep accurate and legible daily records
Ability to work alone and in a team environment
Travel to Kalamazoo office and Benton Harbor / St Joseph office on occasion
