Responsibilities
Collaborate with coordinators to assist in scheduling, project planning, and ensuring efficient task execution.
Conduct quality control calls to clients post-service/installation, address concerns promptly, and document feedback.
Manage procurement of parts and materials, maintain supplier relationships, compare prices, and ensure timely delivery.
Perform regular job audits to ensure work meets high-quality standards, document findings, and address discrepancies.
Assist in scheduling technicians and installers, allocate resources efficiently to meet customer demands.
Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders, maintain clear records of communication.

Required
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or service-oriented industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
