Responsibilities
Provide administrative and business support to Senior Leaders and Executive Assistant
Organize schedules, setup appointments and cover meeting logistics
Prepare expense reports for Senior Leaders
Arrange travel as needed for Senior Leaders
Assist the Executive Assistant with coordinating offsite events
Coordinate onsite meetings and be in office to cover logistics
Remote eligible - but will report on-site to the corporate Orlando, FL office as needed for executive meetings and additional pre-determined events
Other duties as assigned

Required
High School Diploma or GED and related administrative work experience and/or training preferred
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
1-2 years of calendar management and travel booking experience preferred
